Recent Relocation

Welcome to our first newsletter since our recent shift to 601 Sturt Street, Ballarat. Previously we were located at 50 Main Road Ballarat for 27 years and prior to that nearly 100 years at 17 Main Road Ballarat. Our new office is very central being located on a main corner in the city. There is plenty of public car parking in Sturt or Lyons Street and we feel we are more accessible than before.

Our regular clients would have noticed we have re-branded our business logo to give it a brighter, vibrant cleaner appearance which we feel will be better for marketing purposes.

Launch of Titheridge Real Estate - New Website

We hope you like our new website, which has much more information and which will be more user friendly. We now have more property categories and we have added Commercial Leasing and Commercial For Sale which we previously did not have. Tenants will also have access to more information as they will be able to download Tenancy Application Forms and Vacating Notices. There are Selling Tips to help present your home before placing it on the market for sale and so on.
